No Premium. On every user.

Most manufacturing on Business Central needs the Premium licence, and Microsoft requires every full user in the tenant to be on Premium once one user is. 365Phyta runs production on its own process-order engine on Essentials, saving €26 per user per month at Microsoft list price — €9,360 over three years for ten users.¹

Questions buyers ask.

Do I need Business Central Premium?

No. 365Phyta runs processing and production on its own engine on Business Central Essentials.

What does “all-in” include?

The 365Phyta bundle and a Business Central Essentials licence for each full user, supplied by Vanguard 360 as Microsoft CSP partner, on a 3-year term with annual billing. The price is locked for the term.

We already have Business Central. Can we buy only 365Phyta?

Yes. Choose “I already have Business Central” to see module-only prices, on a 12-month term. You keep your existing Microsoft licences and partner.

Do growers and trimmers need a full licence?

No. Floor staff share handhelds or terminals: €89 per device per month covers the Business Central Device licence and WMS Mobile. There's no 365Phyta user fee for device users.

Do auditors and inspectors pay?

Read-only users need a Business Central Team Members licence at €8 per user per month. There's no 365Phyta fee for them.

What is in the validation pack?

Installation and operational qualification scripts, a requirements traceability matrix and an annual review report, so your team can complete performance qualification under EU GMP Annex 11 and GAMP 5. It's included with Processor and Integrated implementations for the first site, and available for any other site.

Can we start with one bundle and add more later?

Yes. Modules are separate apps on one core, so a grower can add GMP when a processing site goes live.

What happens if Microsoft raises its prices?

Your all-in price is fixed for your 3-year term. We review prices openly at renewal.

Will 365Phyta be on Microsoft AppSource?

Yes, 365Phyta is being prepared for AppSource. There, the listing shows the app price only and Microsoft licences are billed separately.
